The main and most important new feature offered by BATEC’s hybrid models is their innovative proprietary electronics, which optimize engine performance. They also feature a new trigger throttle and a new regulator. Both models also include a brake sensor with signal cutoff.
The BATEC HYBRID 2 is available in a version for quadriplegics with the revolutionary BATEC MAGIC LEVER crank disconnect system, which offers an assisted start mode and allows you to use the handbike in zero-effort mode. The BATEC SHIFT LEVER gear shift is easily activated without removing your hands from the pedals, even for users with severe injuries. It has up to 8 speeds for quadriplegics and 9 speeds for paraplegics.
One of the most remarkable features of the BATEC HYBRID 2 model is the E mode, which allows you to drive in Electric or Manual mode without losing the lights or the horn and without needing to turn off the battery.
